Emma is a 23 year old eyelash extension specialist with over 4 years in the industry. She has trained all over the world in order to bring the best and most educated experience to her clients and staff. 

She first started in 2016 just after getting accepted into Trinity College for Computer Science. As she was really unhappy in her course, she took the year out to figure out what she wanted to do and took an eyelash extension course. She began working from home a few hours a week but never thought of it as a career. Within 2 years she had gone back to college to do a degree in Economics and Finance but was also working 70-80 hours a week at home. She was unable to keep up both and she made the decision to leave college again to pursue a career in the beauty industry. Over the years she has educated herself immensely as the lash extension industry in Ireland is outdated and misinformed. This drives her in her work and motivates to push harder to teach people the correct methods and information while also producing amazing work. She trains her team to an extremely high standard and seeing their progress motivates her even more. 

The whole idea of Blush was and still is to create beautiful spaces for people to work with a team of likeminded people who would promote and support them. They are different to other salons because each person is there to improve their own skills and better their name in the industry. Emma has taken on complete beginners and given them the tools and support to grow their client base so that they are fully booked every day they come into work. They believe in natural and healthy beauty procedures and pride themselves on their techniques. This sets them apart in many ways as they are willing to compromise on profits in order to maintain their high standard.
