Crosscare operates a local Community Cafe & Foodbank supporting the needs of vulnerable families in the Dun Laoghaire area. During this testing time Crosscare Community Café (situated at 10 Eblana Avenue, just off Sussex Street in Dún Laoghaire) are providing hot nutritious meals to those who are most in need in our community.
Although we have closed our doors temporarily in accordance with latest HSE guidelines we are able to provide meals on a take away basis only. These meals can be purchased from Mon – Fri 12-2pm.
If you are aware of anyone in your community who is currently cocooning or is not in a position to cook for themselves a meal can be collected on their behalf at a minimal cost of €3.
This is a worrying time for everyone so please keep an eye out for any elderly or vulnerable neighbours/friends that you may think could benefit of this service. Our number is 01 4123602 should you need any further information.
Please note also that our Food bank is open every Weds 9- 1pm.
