Dún Laoghaire Central Residents Association (DLCRA) will again be running it’s Christmas Competition for the most festive decorated house and the best decorated shop front. This year more than any other as we all hopefully, ease out of Covid lock down; what better way to celebrate our strong local community spirit than through our Christmas decorations and displays.
DLCRA would like to invite all businesses and residents of Dún Laoghaire to add that little extra sparkle to the town’s festive atmosphere during the holiday season.
The 6th class students of Dominican Convent National School will be judges of the best decorated local shop front, the DLCRA will be helped in judging the best decorated resident houses by some of the parish religious personnel. DLCRA would also like to extend their Seasons Greetings and thanks to the Dún Laoghaire County Council who as always, help to make this competition possible. For more details please see DLCRA.ie
Judging will take place on the 21st of December, so make sure you have your entry in and your decorations up in time!
The next issue of DLCRA Newsletter will be distributed in early December, so keep an eye out for it around the town.
